In case you haven’t heard the great news- the Pig & Finch are making their way up to Omaha! As it takes quite a while to walk/ fly from Leawood, KS, we expect this dynamic duo to open their second establishment by the end of 2013. If you’re in the Omaha area, check out the former Ruby Tuesday’s space at One Pacific Place (in the same development as Trader Joe’s) and be teased by our hunger-inducing food photos and menus that will cover the windows during construction.

The third concept to the 801 Restaurant Group portfolio will be opening in October of 2013, in Leawood, Kansas. 801 FISH will boast a menu featuring globally sourced jet fresh fish and crustaceans, served in a lively and sophisticated environment. We are ecstatic to be offering unrivaled menu items to the Kansas City metro! We can’t keep this secret from you any longer- John Cedric Smith is returning to the 801 Restaurant Group to lead the Pig & Finch Leawood team as Executive Chef! How do we celebrate?
